Track Order 
 
Our auto body paint supply store is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issue or problem you may have.

Place Order:
 Orders can be placed online at

Pay Method:
 You can provide payment for your order by using one of the following methods: Mastercard, Visa or Discover.  Your payment confirmation will reach us in the shortest time and we will get your item on its way, usually within 24 - 48 hours
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  

Ship Method:
 Most stock orders are shipped UPS ground within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) of the time your payment is received. Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a street address with your order. We do not ship any flammable products to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.  You can provide a freight forwarder as a delivery destination.   We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam. Custom orders usually require 5 – 7 business days before they are shipped. Most orders are FOB Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Rush Order:
 Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of when they are received. For faster order processing, you can request a rush on your order. A nominal rush charge of $25 per order will be added to your invoice. Just let us know when you place your order.

Return Order:
 If you aren’t satisfied with a stock order, feel free to return it within 15 days for a refund. Please email for an authorization, and we will be happy to process a prompt replacement, refund, or credit. Please pack the item to ensure safe return shipping. Auto Body Supplies and Products must be in saleable condition for refund to be processed.  Include a copy of your original invoice, packing slip or a detailed note with explanation for return. Return the shipment to 1012 East 36th St, Tulsa, OK  74105. Buyer will be responsible for initial and return shipping costs.   Returns on special orders or customized product are not accepted.

Damage, Shortage and Loss Claim:
 Inspect all shipments carefully before accepting from the carrier. If damage or shortage exists, do not accept shipment until the shipping agent notates the extent of the damage or shortage. Notify us within 5 days of any damage or shortage and we’ll provide you information on how to process the claim. Do not refuse delivery as this only creates more steps in resolving the issue.

We sell new brand name auto body supplies and products. Shipping costs are combined in our shopping cart so the most affordable rates are offered to you.
