High Teck 77850 National Rule 1K Sealer Black Gallon
High Teck 1K Primer/Sealer is an excellent quality, low build hybrid phenolic modified alykyd primer/sealer. It is fast drying and creates a uniform surface without a lot of film build. It provides excellent adhesion to fully cured painted surfaces. Easy to use and ready to spray. May be top coated with a basecoat, lacquer, urethane or enamel. Great for spot repairs or overall refinishing.
