High Teck’s 9960 All-Purpose Performance Adhesion Promoter improves the performance of all enamel, lacquer and urethane topcoats, sealers and basecoats in adhering to most surfaces. Premium sprayhead provides even application similar to a spray-gun. Great for use on all flexible and rigid plastic parts. Recommended for use with glass, chrome, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ceramic, vinyl, bumpers, fiberglass, aluminum, molded trim. Fast drying with 30 minute dry tme topcoat. Caution: may attack other types of soft plastics.
