It features low film build, requires fewer coats, is easy to apply, and touch up is easier than ever. Available in the same great colors as our regular Kandies. Mix Ratio 2:1 Highly recommend use of House of Kolor Kosmic reducer RU3000. RU300 reducer can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products; Kandys, Clears, and all Shimrin® Basecoats. RU300 will not increase or decrease the VOC content of any product it is added to. RU300 is not a reactive reducer; therefore it will not react with any coating. RU300 is a fast to medium dry reducer that may be blended with other reducers to achieve different dry times.
